Follow these simple steps to install and activate your Globie eSIM

Before You Start

  • Ensure your phone supports eSIM - check here
  • Stable Wi-Fi is recommended during installation
  • Do not activate until you arrive at your destination
  • Check your inbox (and spam) for the Globie email

Already installed your eSIM? Check your data usage here

STEP 1 — Install Your eSIM

Open the installation email on your phone

Tap "📱 Download eSIM for iPhone"

When prompted, name it based on your destination, e.g. "Globie France"

STEP 2 — Activate Your eSIM (After Arrival)

Go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data

Select your new Globie eSIM, e.g. "Globie France"

Turn Data Roaming ON
This will not cause extra charges

If You Don't Connect Right Away

This is normal in some locations.

Try the following:

  • Wait up to 4 minutes
  • Turn Wi-Fi off briefly
  • Restart your phone

Helpful Tips

  • You can keep your physical SIM active for calls and texts
  • Only one SIM should be selected for mobile data
  • Naming your eSIM helps avoid confusion later
  • Do not delete the eSIM unless instructed by support
